The hotel provided exceptional service for business travellers, with clean and well-equipped rooms, excellent concierge assistance, and convenient amenities.

The location's spot-on, right by the central station and easy access to shopping and vintage quarters is a win. Plus, the staff's super friendly, especially the late-night and following-day heroes who saved our comfort. The morning buffet is ace, not crowded at all. Just a hiccup: noise from the rooftop bar late and early repairs buzzed on. pleasant stay! 🌟

The superior room was newly remodelled, included air conditioner and coffee. Just a 5-minute walk away there was T-Centralen subway station. Thank you for a pleasant stay - would stay here again.

The location of this hotel is superb, making it easy to explore the city on foot. You can walk to popular attractions like the Old Town and Skansen without needing public transport. the hotel's staff are exceptional, especially Karin at breakfast, who made my mornings special with her warm welcome and friendly conversations. the variety of shops and restaurants nearby adds to the convenience and charm of the area. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable stay with great amenities.

One area that could be improved is the maintenance of the rooms. Some furniture looked dated and in need of renovation, like the peeling paint on the mirror and the shower causing flooding in the bathroom.

The breakfast omelettes were to die for, just like finding hidden gems in a city alleyway. The cheerful playroom for kids and soundproof rooms were delightful surprises. The friendly staff quickly provided a travel cot, saving the day.

Sure, the room was a tad warm without openable windows, but it added to the cozy feel. Despite a few hiccups with rental car info and room size, the overall experience sparkled like Stockholm at dusk.

We had a fantastic time exploring Skansen, an awesome outdoor museum with old farms, plenty of cool events, and even a zoo and aquarium. The hotel's close proximity made it super convenient for our family to enjoy this interactive and captivating experience of Swedish culture and tradition.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from offering more organized and engaging children's activities.
